Terms and Conditions

Boyoma Tours provides private tours, airport transfers, chauffeur services, and customized travel experiences. By booking any service with Boyoma Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or booking form.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
  • Prices are listed in ZAR and may change without prior notice.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

3. Changes & Flexibility

We offer flexible itineraries, but changes must be agreed in advance. Last-minute changes may incur additional costs.

4. Delays & Waiting Time

Airport transfers include flight tracking. Waiting time beyond 60 minutes may incur extra charges. Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must arrive on time, follow safety instructions, respect the driver and vehicle, and not engage in illegal or unsafe behavior.

Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.

6. Health & Safety

All vehicles are maintained and insured. Passengers participate at their own risk. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions in advance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Payments

Refund Policy

At Boyoma Tours, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the service: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the service: No refund

No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Boyoma Tours

Boyoma Tours reserves the right to cancel bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will be made using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized tours already in progress
  • Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours
